I glare at the window whence floats the sound of a brat on bike--laughing. *searches for knives*

--In a grand stroke of oddness, I am actually writing a paper two weeks before the due date. TWO WEEKS. I am a firm believer in the saying "procrastination is the key to success!", so this is just a bit unusual. I plan to finish it tonight--yes, a break from the TOP SECRET FIC--sit tight, and--WHOOSH!--watch two weeks fly by while sitting on my squashy rear doing ZERO. NOTHING. ZIP. *proud smirk*

--NUTS! My lips are chapped and all I have is almond flavored Chapstick.

--Finally, I am cowering in fear (while cracking my knuckles in anger) from dratted ff.net. Every few weeks I have a friend or acquaintance who has been booted off the site (or a single story of his or her) for some newly established and/or suspiciously unjust reason. Yes, ff.net has a right to do as they please with their own site. Still, I do not understand why they delete absolutely brilliant stories and turn their heads so many others which violate rules similarly. Perhaps they are worried of lawsuits, hence they delete anything over which any browsing eleven-year-old gasps? I don't visit the site often, though that doesn't mean that I don't feel the need to smack it around (or occasionally praise it when I feel the need to be extremely opinionated. Were I God I would smite ff.net. But I'm not, so I'll make comments from the sidelines.

Rant was fueled by many, but ignited by the unfortunate situation of lycoris, who may or may not be much less steamy of this issue than I am, for her post was several hours ago (and who has the full right to trip me and gouge out my eyes if she doesn ot not want me typing about her on my journal).

And on a lighter note...

Hi! This is just me saying that I friended you, hope you don't mind, mostly for your combo love of Harry Potter and silverchair, which I share 100%. :) (Diorama? so great. And I like your Daniel!Draco icon.) Anyway, take care..!

That's great! I've certainly never met another who loved both Silverchair and Harry Potter, in Real Life or online. (Diorama --absolutely. It's what I'm listening to as I type this, actually.) Very nice to meet you.

It's okay, I don't mind you talking about it. It's nice to know that other people don't like FF.net either! Currently, they aren't my favourite people. I'm just as pissed of as you are. *sighs* Damn fiends, damn fiends...
